• PSI Global’s unique patented ARTm™ moulded media is the centrepiece of the product range, and the company is continuously advancing and refining the process as new moulding and impregnation technologies become available. 

• The ARTm™ moulded media is complemented by PSI Global’s surface treated NoDL™™ drainage layer.  Its superior drainage qualities prevent the formation of bubbles and ensures that oil droplets quickly drain away without becoming re-entrained in the air stream.

• The company’s customer-focused product innovations extend across the whole range, one example being ultrasonic welding of the drainage seam. This method gives a smooth flat seam, with no overlapping dead area.

Further improvements to the moulded process and other exciting new product developments are in progress and new materials and processes are constantly being evaluated in our laboratory.
