PSI Global provide a unique product advice service – from concept through development to delivered product making us the natural choice. From product selection to choosing the appropriate media filtration or separation product, clients can access our in-house laboratory testing facilities to provide a complete cost-effective solution.
We have invested in Solid Works technology making us better equipped to deal with client enquiries in a more efficient manner.
We adopt the Six Sigma methodology. This focuses on process improvement and variation reduction using a measurement-based strategy and results in PSI Global delivering its services more efficiently and increasing levels of customer satisfaction.
A bespoke technical consultancy arrangement is available, as well as a patent or licensing service.
QUALITY
Our objective is for our products to perform as well as, if not better than, the Original Equipment Manufacturer parts.
Product end test machines are utilised across all manufacturing stages to ensure finished products across all batches meet the PSI Global standard and our customers’ specifications.
PSI Global have been certified to ISO 9001 since 1996 governed by the Alcumus assessment body. Embracing the principle of continuous improvement laid out in ISO 9001, PSI Global has made sustainable improvements throughout the business.
Quality Policy Statement

The company achieves this by the application, review and continuous improvement of a quality management system as outlined in the Quality Manual. The Quality Procedures and Training Systems are formalised and meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015
We have also attained ISO 14001 Environmental Management Certificate and ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management certificates.
COMMERCIAL
PSI Global is an international company, which works closely with customers and suppliers to create a seamless supply chain. Vertical integration has taken place, in order to secure our supply chain, making us more responsive to clients’ needs. We have our own tooling and plastic injection moulding facility.
ERP
Emphasis is placed on Enterprise Resource Planning with key investment in information systems and performance measurement, to ensure that every customer receives consistently high quality products that are delivered on time.
We have locally based Kanban supply centres to support manufacturing sites wherever they are situated.
Global Network
To support customers around the world, PSI Global has dedicated sales offices in Europe, North America and Asia, and large stocks of products are held at distribution locations in the UK, USA and Malaysia.

We have invested in Citrix cloud technology to enable us to provide continuous service to our clients in the event of disaster recovery.

Research and Development
PSI Global’s unique patented ARTm™ moulded media is the centrepiece of the product range, and the company is continuously advancing and refining the process as new moulding and impregnation technologies become available.
The ARTm™ moulded media is complemented by PSI Global’s surface treated NoDL™™ drainage layer. Its superior drainage qualities prevent the formation of bubbles and ensures that oil droplets quickly drain away without becoming re-entrained in the air stream.
The company’s customer-focused product innovations extend across the whole range, one example being ultrasonic welding of the drainage seam. This method gives a smooth flat seam, with no overlapping dead area.
